Easyterms is a Bahamian owned company specializing in the issue of short-term consumer loans to qualifying individuals. Repayments are made by way of salary deduction and are therefore made directly by the employers. The average initial loan is under $10,000 for 4–5 year term and typically renews mid-term as the majority of customers revolve their credit. The loan portfolio is well diversified across government departments and industry sectors.
 
The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Easy Holdings Ltd. with a Board of seven Directors from a complimentary range of professional backgrounds including accounting, banking, insurance, and investments. The loan portfolio is funded through a combination of debt (mostly through the issue of Preference Shares) and equity with a ratio ceiling of 4:1.
