Do I Qualify?

Common Eligibility Requirements

  • Employed full-time and permanent

  • Provide a pay slip and job letter

  • Able to pay via salary deduction

  • Take home at least 50% of your salary after all deductions

  • Loan completion at least 2 years before retirement age

For Government Permanent Employees

  • Confirmed permanent and pensionable

  • Employed with the respective department for at least one year

For Government Contract Employees

  • Employed with the respective department for at least three years

For Private Sector Employees

  • Employed with the same company for at least three years

  • The employer must employ at least 5 people and have maintained their business license for at least 5 years

Self-Employed

  • We are not accepting applications from self-employed persons at the moment

Required Documents

  • Current job letter

  • Payslips showing latest month's salary

  • NIB Smartcard

  • Voters card (or a passport and utility bill in your name)

Additional Documents for Private Sector Employees

  • Copy of employer business license
